I was 40 years old last year but my health and fitness felt more like 60. Climbing up stairs more than two levels was a chore, carrying groceries was becoming more difficult. I knew I had do something to fix myself as no miracle drug will be able to. I have tried to find personal trainers before but most of them focus only on your workouts. I needed a more holistic approach combining a total lifestyle change. Coach Azmil provided just that. He knows when I need that extra push. My sessions with him not only strengthen my body but having a smart, pleasant, honest and knowledgeable coach provides me with an escape from the everyday stress of work. So far, he has been the personal trainer for me.

I never liked working out and getting sweaty. I was always too tired and lazy by the end of the day to workout. Not until I met Azmil. He helped me ease my way into working out and explained the benefits of intermittent fasting. He went at a pace I am comfortable with and before I knew it I was looking and feeling so much better.
